Requirements :
- Well-groomed, confident, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings.
Remuneration :
Basic salary : RM3,800 – RM4,500

Our client, a well-established office automation solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Showroom Executive to manage its showroom and event space.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain a welcoming environment.Manage event and showroom bookings, including coordination and follow-up.Attend business networking events (e.g., BNI), occasionally during early mornings.Greet and assist walk-in visitors and support the sales team with coordination.Handle customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and basic reporting.Maintain product knowledge and support showroom / event-related sales efforts.Experience Required : Min 2 Year / s
