Job descriptionMinimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry. Hands‑on knowledge in repairing and maintaining beverage equipment. Familiar with basic electrical wiring, plumbing, and air‑conditioning systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently, under pressure, and within tight timelines. Willing to travel to outlets or work beyond office hours when necessary (including weekends or public holidays). Possess own transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of beverage equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues across outlets and facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and service requests from outlets.
- Support the setup of new outlets including equipment installation, testing, and defect rectification.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair or warranty service.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service reports, and spare parts usage.
- Monitor and ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
- Report recurring equipment issues and suggest preventive or improvement measures.
- Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are properly handled, stored, and maintained.
