Responsibilities :
- End-to-end management of a larger KOL / KOC ecosystem in Shopee, including acquisition, incubation, relationship management, content ideation, and selecting content for social media
- Develop and maintain mass engagement to ensure influencers deliver engaging and effective content ideas for Shopee
- Plan, brainstorm, and brief content via multiple communication touchpoints to promote key business objectives, including campaign awareness and educating on new launches
- Analyze influencer content performance and measure their success in promoting Shopee’s objectives
- Analyze Shopee content and activation performance to ensure the right amount of content, effective content is served, and efficacy of activation activities
- Ideate and execute on missions, challenges, and other levers to keep activity rate high across all days of the month (campaign days and otherwise)
- Stay up to date with the latest content trends to be adapted into Shopee campaigns
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any fieldExperience in mass program management would be an added advantageStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelInnovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordinglyTeam player with the drive to constantly outperform KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g., Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage for communicating with KOLs and internal stakeholdersSeniority level : Entry level
