Responsibilities
- Prepare / Review / Interpret analysis / reports on inventory-related variances for Keysight Businesses and perform investigations and provide business solutions where necessary.
- Performing monthly financial close activities for cost accounting processes.
- Manage / Monitor cost accounting helpdesk for inventory-related operations and participate in ad-hoc work tasks or projects on issue resolution.
- Provide support for Corporate and other worldwide initiatives concerning inventory and inventory-related automation programs or ERP upgrades.
- Participate / Support internal, external and SOX process audits, walk-through and / or reviews.
- Review and update inventory-related process documents in Knowledge Portal and department web portal for consistency and compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration; OR Professional accountancy Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA).At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in MNC environment, or an international accounting firm.Strong communication, analysis and presentation skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Power BI.Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP system will be an added advantage.Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
