We're Hiring : Counsellor
Location : YWCA KL , Jln Hang Jebat ( nxt to mrt Merdeka)
VTOC is seeking an experienced Counsellor (2–3 years+) to guide and support our trainees in achieving their personal, emotional, and career goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual & group counselling
- Develop trainee plans and coping strategies
- Liaise with guardians, sponsors & community resources
- Organise career fairs & job placements
- Mentor counselling interns
- Support staff well-being where needed
