Requirements
Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
- SPM + 1 year Customer Service Experience
- Diploma / Degree (fresh graduates) welcome to apply
- Working days : Monday - Sunday (5 days work)
- Working Hour : 24 / 7 (Each Shift 9 hours)
- Location : KL Sentral
Responsibilities
Provide customer service based live chat & email support to customersActivate and engage with client / customer and provide accurate informationRecord and update customers’ cases into the system and trackers following appropriate processesProvide accurate and understandable information to all customers and support partnersEnsure customer issues and / or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate levelEnsure all follow ups are done in a timely mannerBenefits
