Job Description

Design, implement, and manage rewards redemption programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Ensure a seamless customer redemption journey by enhancing redemption channels and redemption processes including fulfillment time.
Monitor and analyze redemption performance to ensure alignment with business goals; identify gaps and recommend solutions where necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance) to ensure smooth program execution.
Establish and maintain robust controls and processes to support program integrity and compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years working experience and above, preferably from financial services institution with credit card business background or institution with loyalty program

Minimum Degree holder

Creative, proactive and strong interpersonal skills

Strong interest in system and processes

Strong strategic and analytical skills

Good communication and experience in managing partner relationship
