Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Content creator, located in Kepong. The junior will be responsible for overseeing content creation, producing videos, managing content strategies, and ensuring consistent writing standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing content strategies, managing content workflows, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-quality output aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of content creation and video production — eager to learn and grow in both areas.
• Interest in content strategy and social media management with a willingness to develop skills through hands‑on experience.
• Good writing and communication skills , with the ability to adapt to different tones and audiences.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks with guidance.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and basic content tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut or Premiere Pro).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Full time experience in content creation, social media, or marketing is an added advantage.
• 0 – 2 years experience or freshman are welcome.
