Senior Production Planner

You will lead and continuously improve the end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and sequencing processes that drive operational efficiency and deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

What You Need to Do

1. Ensure load line operates at maximum capacity based on order prioritization and due dates of demand.

2. Minimize production planning-related downtime, measured on a month-to-month basis.

3. Lead and conduct line and machine performance discussions with the production team.

4. Forecasting and Capacity Planning.

5. Monitor OEM production schedules and collaborate with OEM partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

6. Execution of orders as planned for all line / machine and customer order delivery dates.

7. Lead the supply planning process - supply inputs, analysis and supply planning meeting host.

8. Ensure proper documentation for all production related transaction and accurate labeling based on ISO procedure standards.

What You Need to Succeed

1. Degree in Supply Chain, Business / Manufacturing Management or any related disciplines.

3. Experience within the steel / construction industry to enable strong product and application knowledge would be an added advantage.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Strong analytical and organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, self-driven, and agile.
