Job description

Develop and execute CASA portfolio strategies to grow deposits.

Design and manage CASA personalized initiatives to enhance customer journey and improves customer's banking experience.

Identify opportunities through portfolio analysis, financials review and market landscape check for strategy planning, calibration and implementation which includes system enhancement.

Increase CASA drivers penetration to drive stickiness and reduce dormancy and attrition

Work closely with stakeholders to increase deposits, which includes optimize campaign ROI, increase average product holding per customer and deepen customer banking relationship.

Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time.
