Role Summary

This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering technology solutions that improve customer experience for both B2C and B2B customers in the ANZ region. The person in this role is the single point of accountability for multiple cross‑functional teams including product management, software engineering, data, UX, and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of complex software components, platforms, and services.
Translate strategy into actionable steps and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
Mentor and guide engineering teams while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Collaborate with product management, UX, data science, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Oversee projects, budgets, and resources across multiple global teams.
Ensure compliance, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing complex, globally distributed software delivery teams.

Strong technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent experience).

Deep understanding of Agile / Lean delivery methods.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially minded with a focus on delivering business value.

Ability to work in cross‑functional, multi‑discipline squads.
