Job description

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of leadership / supervisory experience (clinic or wellness industry preferred)
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and manage clinic operations efficiently
  • Interest or background in TCM is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (oral and written communication) is essential to effectively communicate with multi-language speaking patient.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays . 6 working days per week, from 10am-6.30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic operations
  • Manage and coordinate a team of TCM practitioners, therapists, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain clinic hygiene, inventory, and equipment
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle patient feedback
  • Support sales targets, marketing promotions, and reporting
  • Ensure all TCM practices follow safety and regulatory standards
