Junior Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst – Corporate Team

Monks is seeking a Billing Analyst to join the Corporate team. The successful candidate will assist the finance team to execute billing operations and implement scalable systems and processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should be a go‑getter that can hit the ground running, prioritize individual and team objectives, and develop accounting and billing infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts / IOs / SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and billing rates / rules
• Manage billing engine and verify platform accuracy to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to improve billing and accounting process efficiency
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed
