Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software development and support, focusing on L3 production fixes. Handle analysis, design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution. Ensure quality assurance aligned with the Bank's software delivery methodology. Act as the technical focal point for incident, problem, and knowledge management. Provide comprehensive support to internal customers and resolve issues efficiently. Oversee third-party vendors and integration partners for timely code fixes. Optimize and maintain software functionality while recommending improvements. Conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize problem remediation. Contribute to process improvements in tools, methods, and governance. Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years' experience in Banking / IT. Proficient in IBM AS400, RPG, CL programming, and ALDON. Strong knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodologies. Experience in service management / production support. Familiarity with Silverlake banking software suite. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (certifications are a plus).
