Our client, a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Australia has expanded to Malaysia in 2023 by setting up their Centre of Excellence here in KL.

We are looking to expand their team by hiring a Performance Marketing Manager . Seize the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals who bring with them diverse skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive media strategies , testing frameworks, and campaign roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Generate performance insights and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns and platforms are set up, executed and optimized .
  • Recommend strategies and optimizations to campaign structure, keyword targeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Maximize ROI across paid search by analyzing performance data and identifying actionable trends.
  • Lead all initiatives across Meta, Google, Display, and Search platforms.
  • Manage the expense and budget of campaigns , and estimate monthly costs.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience in a performance marketing role within a digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Display.
  • Strong understanding of media optimization strategies, including bidding models, A / B testing methodologies, and audience segmentation.
  • Hands on experience with performance tools – Google Marketing Platform (CM, DV360, SA360), Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn.
  • Experience in data tracking setups (UTM tagging, Pixels, conversion APIs, etc.).
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
