Finance Assistant Manager

About the Company :

Our client is an MNC company involved in the provision of industrial automation and power systems, focusing on process control located in Shah Alam.

Job Description :

• Oversee finance and accounting staff to ensure that they are suitably motivated and developed, and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
• Prepare the yearly operating budget for the company to ensure that all financial objectives are fulfilled and that all financial and legislative regulations are complied with
• Manage performance against budget, highlighting concerns and opportunities, liaise with stakeholders to ensure concerns are being communicated and addressed
• Review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and any other financial reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with relevant governing rules, standards and requirement
• Assist in accounting, tax and financial reporting matters and technical advisory
• Liaise with auditors and assist in managing the audit process for the companies
• Develop good relationships with external parties, e.g., solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
• Correspond with other departments, discussing corporate strategies and deciding on future directions
• Manage and oversee the finance and accounts for multiple companies / subsidiaries
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications :

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : Up to RM12,000.00 per month
