- You are responsible for delivering gold standards customer experience by designing the perfect ARBA Customer Journey during Pre-Trip, During Trip & Post-Trip.
- As the friendly face behind the screen, you'll be the go-to guru for ARBA Travellers seeking assistance. Whether they reach out via WhatsApp, email, or phone call, your mission is to dazzle them with your quick wit and unwavering helpfulness.
