Job descriptionAssist in setting up appointments with potential rentees and conducting property viewings. Support the sales team in closing rental deals and completing necessary documentation. Conduct market research to assist in pricing and property trends analysis. Help in developing and maintaining client relationships. Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing strategies. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries. Support administrative tasks related to sales activities. Assist in other tasks required by employer. Show eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Provide reliable support to the sales team and contribute to team success. Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
