Join us in leading the global growth of one of China’s most dynamic restaurant brands! We’re looking for an Overseas Marketing Director to take charge of our international marketing strategy — driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across key overseas markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and analyze dining trends, customer insights, and competitors across different international regions to develop localized and effective marketing plans.
  • Lead creative offline and online campaigns — from grand openings, festive promotions, tasting events to social media collaborations and local platform partnerships.
  • Manage marketing budgets and performance, ensuring every campaign delivers strong ROI.
  • Partner closely with operations and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with store operations and product launches.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing overseas marketing team, setting clear goals, training programs, and performance standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of overseas marketing experience, including at least 3 years in the F&B (food & beverage) industry.
  • Deep understanding of Southeast Asian consumer behavior and dining culture, with proven success in restaurant or retail brand marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative execution, data-driven mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Open to international travel and passionate about bringing great food experiences to global audiences.
