Job descriptionMinimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or a related field. At least 6 years of working experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role. Proficiency in SQL & Python and solid experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the excellent communication skills to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner in Mandarin Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in the technology industry or a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business growth and achieve measurable results. Advanced degree or certifications in data analytics or related fields.
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality analytical results.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business needs.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of data points to uncover underlying insights.
- Translate findings into actionable solutions to solve business pain point or drive business growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with business leaders or stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity and security.
