Job description

Responsibilities

Manage the overall sales planning and development of outlet retail sales and sales performance improvement.

Practices the usage of appropriate systems, sales toolkits and platforms to support the sales management.

Work collaboratively with other departments & outlets - including Product and Marketing strategy development.

Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Manage sales activities of individual sales advisor to generate revenue.

Analyze market trends accordingly and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

Develop positive working relationship with sales advisors to increase working prospects and market share.

Keep up with industry trends and its latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 5 years or above in Sales roles.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, communications, interpersonal and tactical skills in coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
