Job descriptionPenultimate year Undergraduate or Master’s student with outstanding academic achievement Track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities Client-focused with strategic and creative thinking abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team orientation Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and take on new responsibilities Energy, drive, and dedication to a career in investment banking Fluency in English and appropriate Asian language skills Extensive formal training at program start and ongoing on‑job support Educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the internship Access to the bank’s learning hub with resources on banking fundamentals and communication skills Opportunity to learn from senior bankers and experts across the firm Chief Resource Officer (CRO) support to optimize junior banker experience and work / life balance Pipeline to 2027 full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship Experience and relationships built during the program open doors to diverse future career opportunities Applicants are limited to 2 applications in total to APAC programs per recruitment season Submit your application following the recruitment guidelines and limits

Your role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models
- Performing financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences
- Conducting comprehensive company and industry research
- Preparing presentation and other client materials
- Participating in due diligence sessions and deal team communications
- Managing multiple projects individually and as part of a team
- Working alongside bankers in industry, product, and country coverage groups
- Helping deliver integrated financial solutions leveraging the bank’s capabilities
- Building a global network by collaborating with professionals across the firm
- Gaining exposure to strategic and transformational transactions in investment banking
