ACCOUNT CLERK / ADMIN ASSISTANT (LAW FIRM)

We are a legal firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and filing.
  • Drafting bills and preparing financial records.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties when required.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff regarding billing and payments.

Requirements

  • Preferably diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in a law firm is an advantage but not compulsory
