ACCOUNT CLERK / ADMIN ASSISTANT (LAW FIRM)
We are a legal firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and filing.
- Drafting bills and preparing financial records.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties when required.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff regarding billing and payments.
Requirements
Preferably diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Prior experience in a law firm is an advantage but not compulsoryFor any inquiries, kindly contact Puan Siti
