What is your mission?

  • Orchestrate comprehensive engagement initiatives impacting over employees across 50 diverse client projects, driving satisfaction, productivity, and motivation.
  • Oversee a broad spectrum of high-impact employee and client engagement events, programs, and experiences, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic objectives.
  • Develop & sustain effective communication channels to promote transparency, engagement, and a culture of open dialogue.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor key performance indicators, assess program effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide leadership & mentorship to a growing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Inculcate TDCX culture & values from day one, ensuring these principles are embedded throughout the full employee & client lifecycles.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO and ISO-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, master’s degree in marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Preferable with 4+ years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Has a creative mindset and a strong knowledge of Event Management and Employee Engagement
  • Has strong relationship management and project management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and efficient when handling different initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
