Retail Sales Execution Lead

Thakral One is looking for a Retail Sales Execution Lead with 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, field sales, or channel execution . The role involves leading in-store sales initiatives, driving adoption of new tools and selling techniques , and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and retail performance.

The Role.

• Lead daily operations for in-store sales execution across designated retail locations
• Coordinate implementation of personalization initiatives (e.g., new sales enablement tools, in-store journey changes)
• Work closely with frontline staff to ensure adoption of new tools and selling techniques
• Liaise with store managers, retail operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless roll-out and iteration of pilots
• Monitor and improve customer interactions through in-store experimentation (e.g., offer framing, product bundling, consultative selling techniques)
• Provide feedback from retail ground teams to central teams to refine tools, scripts, and training.
