Responsibilities

  • Maintain ICT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
  • Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections. Troubleshoot network issues and implement necessary solutions.
  • Manage and support operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications. Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.
  • Record and manage hardware such as computers, networks and handheld devices.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or above.
  • Familiar with English or Chinese.
  • Familiar with computers, networks and other software and hardware products, with basic knowledge and interests.
