Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with electronics industry sales experience and strong engagement with EMS, OEM, or ODM customers. You will focus on developing new accounts, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth with support from our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and develop new business with EMS, OEM, and ODM customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting → RFQ → order → delivery support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, project, and engineering teams.
  • Track customer trends and competitor activities to support strategy.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in electronics / EMS / OEM / ODM / components industries.
  • Strong customer development and engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential, as this role requires daily communication with Mandarin-speaking factories, suppliers, and global customers.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and eager to learn PCB knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • PCB industry knowledge / experience is a strong advantage.
