Overview

Employee Induction and Movement, Payroll and HR administration responsibilities, with requirements for HR systems, statutory compliance, staff welfare and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Induction and Movement

Generate and verify accuracy of job offer letter prior sending to new hire.

  • Engage, communicate, and keep warm (touch point) with successful new hire from Acceptance of Offer to NH join date.
  • Prepare and coordinate onboarding process with HRSS Payroll, IT and Safety by ensuring employee working resources and system set ups are ready 3 working days to New Hire join date.
  • Coordinate with the relevant parties on the OIP schedule and timing 3 working days before New Hire Join date.
  • Follow up with Hiring manager on the confirmation status of the new hired 14 working days before confirmation date.
  • Payroll
  • Plan, monitor & execute the monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and completion so that employee received salary as per schedule.

  • Statutory compliance — Plan, manage and monitor the government contribution to ensure comply with statutory compliance.
  • Office Administrative — Plan, organize & monitor office administrative & maintenance, to ensure for smooth running of department day to day’s activities.
  • Upkeep of HR systems — update and maintain of HRMS system.
  • Staff Welfare — to ensure staff welfare including insurance claim, SOCSO claim, staff claim, panel clinic system are well maintain.
  • Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and / or the Management whenever required.
  • Requirements

  • Qualification : Minimum Diploma / bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Experience :
  • Proven experience in HR recruitment and payroll with min 2 - 5 years' experience.

  • Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong meticulousness and attention to detail, proficient in payroll systems, in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
