Job descriptionContent Creation- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for social media content- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS), event coverage, and product shots.- Create basic graphics, captions, and visual assets for posts. Video Production Support- Assist in pre-production tasks : scriptwriting, shot lists, planning, equipment prep.- Support on set : camera operation, audio setup, lighting basics. - Edit videos with guidance from senior editors or Creative Lead.- Manage media files, backups, and simple colour / audio adjustments. Software Skills (Required)Must know how to use Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCutPlus point : Basic skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, simple animations).Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an added advantage. Performance & Reporting- Help track performance metrics for content (views, engagement, reach). General Creative Support- Work closely with the talent team and sales team on campaigns. - Assist with client influencer shoot and internal projects.- Stay updated with new platforms, tools, and content trends.
