Job description

Listing Coordinator role in Shopee's Operations team, focusing on managing part-time agents and ensuring listing quality.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

  • Manage part-time agents : task assignments, monitor KPIs and QA scores, and provide training and coaching.
  • Schedule and monitor attendance for part-time agents.
  • Undertake project work and initiatives based on business needs.
  • Execute urgent listing takedowns and identify gaps in listing-related issues.
  • Monitor the platform to ensure the quality and legitimacy of listings, particularly tackling Prohibited Listings.

About You

Applicants should possess the following :

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and result-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with fluency in additional local languages like Mandarin being a plus.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
