Personal Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the employer and / or family members to and from work, appointments, meetings, school, airport, and other destinations safely and on time.
• Inspect the vehicle regularly for cleanliness and maintenance needs; ensure timely servicing, oil changes, tire checks, and repairs.
• Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior).
• Plan routes to avoid traffic or delays; use GPS or traffic apps; be familiar with local streets and alternate routes.
• Be punctual and available based on the employer’s schedule; work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality; respect the employer’s privacy and avoid discussing personal or business matters while driving.
• Keep track of mileage, fuel expenses, tolls, parking fees, etc.; submit reports or receipts if required.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks when requested.
