Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field At least 1 year of relevant working experience in data analysis Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (R, Python, SQL, Tableau) Strong analytics and problem-solving skills Good attention to detail Basic understanding of data protection principles Excellent team player with good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Demonstrated ability to handle basic analysis projects independently Experience with healthcare data preferred Basic project support experience Proven track record of accuracy in analytics work
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at NUHS Regional Health System Office. As part of our analytics team, you will support data-driven decision making by assisting in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and growth in healthcare analytics.
Key Responsibilities : You will work closely with experienced analysts to :
- Process and analyze healthcare data using various analytics tools and methodologies
- Support the development and maintenance of regular reports and dashboards
- Assist in data collection, validation, and documentation processes
- Contribute to analytics projects and help prepare presentation materials
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining high standards of data governance
- Support the implementation of automated reporting processes
