Key Responsibilities :

1. Live Host (TikTok Live, FB Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live)

Host professional live sessions to promote and sell the company's gold jewelry products on various platforms.
Engage actively, confidently, and persuasively with viewers to boost sales.
Deliver accurate, informative, and engaging product information during live sessions.
Prepare and manage product inventory for live sales sessions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries during and after live broadcasts.
Provide regular sales performance reports from live sessions.

2. Front Desk / Customer Service

Welcome walk-in customers warmly and professionally at the company premises.

Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, or in person.

Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation systematically.

Assist in arranging and displaying jewelry at the showcase counter.

Requirements & Key Qualities :

Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking on camera.

Basic knowledge or strong interest in gold and jewelry is a plus.

Creative, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Familiar with social media and video editing tools is an advantage.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience as a live host or content creator.

Mengendalikan sesi siaran langsung secara profesional untuk mempromosikan dan menjual barangan kemas syarikat.

Berinteraksi secara aktif, ramah dan meyakinkan dengan penonton bagi meningkatkan jualan.

Memastikan maklumat produk yang disampaikan adalah tepat, menarik dan berpengetahuan.

Menyusun dan menguruskan stok barangan untuk siaran langsung.

Memberi maklum balas segera terhadap pertanyaan pelanggan semasa dan selepas siaran langsung.

Menyediakan laporan prestasi jualan live secara berkala.

2. Front Desk / Khidmat Pelanggan

Menyambut pelanggan yang hadir ke premis syarikat dengan mesra dan profesional.

Menjawab panggilan telefon serta pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp, media sosial, atau secara langsung.

Menyimpan dan mengemas kini rekod pelanggan serta urusan jualan secara teratur.

Membantu menyusun dan memaparkan barangan kemas di kaunter pameran.

Kelayakan & Ciri-ciri Diperlukan :

Petah bercakap, berkeyakinan dan mesra di hadapan kamera.

Mempunyai pengetahuan asas atau minat dalam bidang emas dan barang kemas.

Kreatif, berdisiplin dan mampu bekerja secara individu dan berkumpulan.

Mahir menggunakan media sosial dan aplikasi penyuntingan video adalah satu kelebihan.

Keutamaan kepada calon yang mempunyai pengalaman sebagai live host atau content creator.
