WE ARE HIRING – General Admin Clerk

Location : Batu Pahat, Johor

ZUBIN, TAO & PARTNERS is a dynamic and energetic law firm with offices in Kuala Lumpur, Batu Pahat and Johor Bahru, committed to delivering professional legal services to our local communities.

We are looking for a General Admin Clerk to join our team in Batu Pahat.

JOB SCOPE :

  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, data entry and photocopying, courier documents
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned
  • support senior conveyancing clerk
  • Handle documentation and related conveyancing matter
  • Maintain proper filing and records
  • Stamping Documents
  • Requirements :

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak other languages such as Tamil and Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Responsible, organised, and committed
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Meticulous and able to work as team
  • SPM qualified, Good Microsoft skill
  • Meticulous and able to wotk as team
  • Prior relevant experience not essential, on site-training will be provided
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
