Job descriptionBA BSc Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Possess good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others Good oral and written communication skills to communicate information effectively to a widerange of internal and external stakeholders across different countries Knowledge and experience in C ards is an advantage Highly assertive, ethical, meticulous and a problem solver Possess excellent organizational skills including ability to plan own workload and manage priorities Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Possess good working attitude, proactive, resourceful and is a self-starter Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint Able to work well in a team as well as independently Preferably with prior experience as a PMO in a large-scale project
Responsibilities :
- To assist Project Director in managing the RCP Project for Group Cards in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Cambodia Indonesia
- To prepare the overall project documentation, approval papers, and manage project budget, payments and benefits tracking
- Work collaboratively to track the progress and report the status of specific activities / tasks under Regional Cards Platform Project project analysis, governance, reporting, preparation of materials in compliance to Quality Management process and requirements
- Facilitate interlocking meetings and conference calls which involves inter / intra departments, project teams across all markets
- Provide timely and quality support to Project Director in meeting Regional Cards Platform Project deliverables
- Prepare and present project communications to all relevant stakeholders and ensure that the
- project objectives and updates are clearly updated to the relevant parties
