Position : Beautician

Salary Package : Basic RM1,800 - RM2,500 + Comm

Working Location : Sutera Mall, JB / Mid Valley Southkey, JB

Company Background : Beauty Salon

Working Days : 6 days / week, off day fall on weekdays

Working Hours : 10am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 10pm (2 shifts)

Job Descriptions :

• Greet customers upon their arrival.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare products based on their preferences.
• Cross-sell beauty products, recommending the most suitable skincare products (such as moisturizers, lotions, and serums) based on customer's skin tone and preferences.
• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for in our store.
• Ensure correct product display on shelves.
• Replenish inventory as needed.
• Explain to customers how to use the products they are interested in purchasing, including ingredients, prices, and usage methods.
• Advise customers on how to care for their skin and recommend corresponding skincare packages.
• Inform customers about prices and special offers.
• Have proper knowledge of skincare products and how to introduce them correctly.
• Constantly enhance knowledge and application of skincare and product understanding.
• To achieve sales targets given.
• Ensure that the prices of the company's skincare and products are in accordance with company regulations.
• Constantly improve personal sales abilities and skills. If needed, consult a trainer.
• Regularly fill out sales reports.
