About the role

As a Claim Advisor (Body & Paint) at Millennium Autobeyond Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by guiding them through the claims process for vehicle body and paint-related repairs.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to vehicle body and paint claims
  • Assess vehicle damage and work closely with assessors to determine appropriate repair solutions
  • Liaise with insurance providers to ensure a smooth claims process for our customers
  • Coordinate with our in-house body and paint technicians to facilitate efficient and high-quality repair work
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and claim progress
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the claims process and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle claims processing
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body and paint repair processes and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, insurance providers, and internal teams
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide tailored solutions for our customers
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and computer systems
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
