Salary : RM 3,300 - RM 4,300 per month (Commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including managing and growing our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (blog posts, case studies, social media updates, simple videos) that clearly communicates our value proposition.
- Translate technical information about our ATCS into clear, persuasive marketing messages for a business audience, highlighting key benefits such as : Energy and electricity bill savings, Water conservation, Reduced operational downtime and maintenance costs, Lower carbon footprint.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, and update the company CRM.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating and promoting the company's participation in industry tradeshows and events.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education : Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience : Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, with a strong portfolio of work.Highly familiar with all major social media platforms and their management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Malay), with a talent for storytelling.Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, simple video editing) is a plus.Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.Experience in a B2B marketing role.An interest in or ability to understand technical / engineering products or sustainability / green technology is highly advantageous.Please note that the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.Location : Johor Baharu, Johor, Malaysia.
