Assist in establishing the infrastructure for pension administration.
Design and implement the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.
Ensure all operational activities align with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with both external and internal project owners and stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of high-quality results.
Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency by closely monitoring workflow processes.
Track process productivity to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service by meeting established SLAs.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical skills.
Regularly update the team, ensuring they are informed of individual and departmental performance goals and achievements.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in operations is required.
Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin / Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin / Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
Process diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Investment, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or any related field.
Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.
5.5-day work week : Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).
100% work in office. Able to work on shift arrangement.
