Senior Manager - Tax (Financial Services) at PwC. The role focuses on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance - Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax and other applicable taxes to the tax authorities. You will also contribute technical insights to business tax compliance engagements.
• Tax Planning - Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company’s tax position, minimise tax liabilities, and manage risks.
• Advisory - Provide expert advice on tax implications for business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, investment structure planning, incentive applications, inbound / outbound investment advisory and new business ventures.
• Reporting - Prepare and review tax provision calculations for financial statements and ensure proper accounting for all tax-related items.
• Regulatory Monitoring - Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess the impact on the company’s tax position.
• Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and business units, to ensure alignment on tax-related matters.
