• Bachelor's degree in any filed
• No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
• Proficient in the use of production monitoring and control systems, as well as data analysis tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
