The Billing Executive is responsible for supporting daily operations related to usage rejections. This includes managing and resolving rejection issues by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address the root causes. Additionally, the role involves reviewing current operational workflows, recommending improvements, and implementing automation to enhance efficiency.

Make an Impact by :

Supports billing enquiries and follow through to complete the cases.

Analyze usage rejections using system reports and order details.

Resolve rejects according to SOP and on time as per KPI.

Perform usage rejections investigation by working with various parties and resolve usage rejections in a prompt and timely manner.

Engage stakeholders to address cause of rejections with permanent fix.

Work with digital team to digitalize / automate billing processes, reports and workflow.

Recommend and implement process improvement to existing processes or set up new processes.

Ensure proper documentations are up to date.

Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by OS Lead or manager.

Skills for Success :

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / IT / Business or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

For experienced candidates, preferably minimum 1-2 years of direct billing exposure experience with SAP experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Strong analytical skills, eye for detail, meticulous and digital savvy.

Possess effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders.

Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
