Role overview : The Audit Lead position is part of the Asia Pacific audit team, based in Kuala Lumpur. The role will lead and manage compliance audits of RGA entities within the Asia Pacific region. Responsible for designing and developing compliance audit programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and providing meaningful assurance through practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit planning, design and develop audit programs and procedures to achieve adequate audit assurance.
• Obtain, analyze, appraise and document information to derive objective audit conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicate audit results and prepare audit reports for identified business process control improvements.
• Follow up with process owners to ensure management action plans are properly addressed.
• Manage outsourced compliance audits to ensure audits are completed with quality and on time.
• Participate in ongoing risk assessments of the business to ensure audit assurance covers relevant business risks.
• Liaise with internal management and / or external consultants to promote positive relationships with all stakeholders.
