Responsibilities
- Promote and sell FMCG products (frozen food) to retailers, wholesalers, and end-users
- Identify and approach new customers to expand market coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular visits to customer outlets to ensure product availability and visibility
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Prepare and submit daily / weekly sales reports and market updates
- Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and trends
- Attend sales meetings, product training, and company events
- Cover sales territory across the entire Pahang area
