Requirements

Admin

  • Good communication (English, Mandarin / Malaysia)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Friendly, organized and detail-oriented

Customer Service (WFH)

  • Excellent written and spoken communication (English, Mandarin / Malaysia)
  • Fast response time, polite and professional tone
  • Able to use WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets / Forms, and simple CRM tools
  • Independent, responsible and can follow SOPs
  • Responsibilities

    Admin

  • Handle walk-in, phone and online inquiries
  • Register students and manage attendance
  • Prepare class schedules and inform parents / students of updates
  • Collect fees, issue receipts and track payments
  • Support teachers (materials, printing, mock exams)
  • Maintain student records and office supplies
  • Basic marketing support (e.g. social media, flyers)
  • Customer Service (WFH)

  • Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, or call
  • Provide class info, fees, registration steps, and updates to parents
  • Follow up on leads and confirm bookings or trial classes
  • Remind parents of payment due dates and class schedules
  • Coordinate with internal team (e.g. teachers, admin) to resolve issues
  • Handle basic complaints or escalate when needed

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday 3 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm, Saturday 3 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm, Sunday (rotational)
