Handle walk-in, phone and online inquiriesRegister students and manage attendancePrepare class schedules and inform parents / students of updatesCollect fees, issue receipts and track paymentsSupport teachers (materials, printing, mock exams)Maintain student records and office suppliesBasic marketing support (e.g. social media, flyers)Customer Service (WFH)
Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, or callProvide class info, fees, registration steps, and updates to parentsFollow up on leads and confirm bookings or trial classesRemind parents of payment due dates and class schedulesCoordinate with internal team (e.g. teachers, admin) to resolve issuesHandle basic complaints or escalate when neededBenefits
