About Our Client :
Our client is a Hong Kong–listed company with an overseas subsidiary based in Kulai, Johor. The company specializes in prefabricated data center solutions and integrated energy systems encompassing power generation, grid, load, and storage. It also has strong expertise in the research, development, and manufacturing of complete electrical distribution cabinets, power transmission and distribution equipment, electronic components, and new energy applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the establishment and optimization of the overseas quality management system. Formulate global quality strategies and management objectives for the data center power distribution business. Develop and continuously improve a global quality management framework to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements. Stay abreast of changes in global industry standards and regulations to update company policies in a timely manner and ensure overall compliance.
- Oversee global product quality control and assurance across all stages, including raw material inspection, production process inspection, and final product testing, ensuring all products meet required standards.
- Conduct and manage investigations and resolutions of overseas quality issues. Establish traceability mechanisms, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of quality problems.
- Manage the quality performance of overseas suppliers, including quality audits for new suppliers, signing and reviewing quality assurance agreements, collecting and improving material quality issues, evaluating supplier quality performance, providing coaching for improvement, and supervising third-party inspections.
- Develop and maintain the overseas product customer complaint handling mechanism, and lead investigations and resolutions of major quality incidents.
- Lead the development of overseas talent pipelines, overseeing the full cycle of talent selection, development, and retention. Implement systematic training programs to enhance team capability and optimize talent structure.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in team leadership roles (experience in manufacturing or power distribution industry preferred).Proficient in quality management tools such as SPC, FMEA, PDCA, and 8D, with the ability to lead the establishment and optimization of quality systems.Strong risk management skills with the capability to lead investigations into major quality incidents and customer complaint resolution.Fluent in English, with strong communication, negotiation, and business interaction skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.Possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making ability, excellent leadership, cross-cultural communication, team management, and organizational coordination skills, capable of leading the team to achieve operational and business objectives.Interested to Apply?
