Job descriptionDriving and Delivery : Driving and deliver products from warehouse to customers through designated routes in time. Sales : Promoting and selling product to customers, including informing them about new products and pricing. Customer interaction : Building rapport with customers, handling complaints, and resolving issues. Order fulfillment : Taking orders, writing sales contracts and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Inventory management : Checking and managing inventory, restocking the van and ensuring proper product placement. After-sales follow up : Checking on market returns and other sales activities. Payment collections : Collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records. Sales promotions : Participating in roadshows and other sales activities. Routes management : Planning and managing routes, loading and tracking deliveries. On Job Training will be at Cheng, Malacca
Skills :
- Valid driver's GDL license and at least 1 year experience driving a lorry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales aptitude and ability to build customer relationships.
- Ability to handle inventory and manage stock.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculating sales and making change.
