Our client is an well known multinational specializing in the manufacturing of waterproofing and thermal insulation building materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing profit and loss for the country.
- Be the driving force behind the company's medium to long term sales strategy development.
- Ensuring a strong relationship between the sales team and relevant architects, designers and contractors.
- Development and implementation of strategic plan to ensure steady year-on-year growth.
- Ensure a strong brand presence within the industry.
- Keeping abreast of potential projects within the region to remain competitive.
Skills & Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree in business / marketing or related field.5 - 8 years of commercial leadership role, having previously managed a team of 10-20.Strong network with architects, developers, contractors and designers across Malaysia would be advantageous.Keen commercial acumen in making high level decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
