Key Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation management.
Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance workflow consistency and operational excellence.
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, interpret trends, and implement corrective measures for continuous improvement.
Optimize routes, workflows, and resource allocation to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
Monitor and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations through KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead initiatives to elevate operational performance
Supervise, mentor, and train cross-functional teams (warehouse, quality control, customer service) to align with company goals.
Conduct performance evaluations, workforce scheduling, and conflict resolution to foster a productive work environment.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and 3PL providers to strengthen partnerships and resolve logistical challenges.
Manage budgets, control operational expenses, and justify investments in technology or infrastructure.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and carriers to secure cost-effective solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies , and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in logistics / operations, including 2+ years in managerial roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for reports, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term process optimization
Skilled in negotiation, particularly in vendor and carrier contract management
