Job descriptionAssist in executing end-to-end procurement activities including request for quotation (RFQ), evaluation and vendor selection, in accordance with company policies. Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requisitions and PO issuance in the company’s financial system. Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Assist in managing procurement-related contracts and agreements. Monitor contract deliverables, performance, and renewal timelines to ensure supplier compliance. Assist in maintaining an up-to-date vendor database and support vendor registration, performance evaluation, and relationship management. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement-related financial closings. Reconcile procurement transactions and ensure proper recording of financial materials in coordination with the Finance Department. Verify and process supplier invoices against POs and contracts for timely payment. A Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification. 2-3 years of experience in procurement. Skills in procuring with a focus on delivering effective and efficient outcomes. Proficiency in data analysis to support informed decision‑making processes. Strong report‑writing and analytical skills, ensuring clarity and precision in documentation. Confidence in delivering presentations and articulating ideas effectively to diverse audiences. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Flexible working arrangement.
